Known for their award-winning ewes milk and cow’s milk cheeses, it’s a taste trip you don’t want to miss. The cheese from Cambray is unique and high-quality. They offer a range of soft white-mold cheeses, traditional Greek-style feta, and matured cheeses like their famous Farmhouse Gold. Whether it’s sheep or cow’s milk cheese, you’re getting a product that’s been carefully crafted.
