Well now, this place is something special. Located only 15 minutes from Margaret River town, you’ll find Yelverton Brook Conservation Sanctuary. It has been owned and operated by the same family since 1988 when they began to build it from the ground up.


The property has a strong sense of belonging in the southwest landscape and a heart-felt focus on eco-tourism and sustainability. It features studios and lodges made from recycled and sustainable materials blending seamlessly into their nature-filled pockets.


The 100-acre property always attracted local wildlife but with the introduction of a predator-proof fence in 2001 Yelverton Brook officially became the conservation sanctuary it is today.
